The layout from above. The bar marks the start line.

Monaco is a street circuit around the principality's harbour and hillside: the shortest lap in Lapdle, lined with barriers, with a tunnel and one of the slowest hairpins in racing. There is almost no run-off, so precision counts for more than bravery.

Famous corners

  • Sainte Dévote

The first corner, between the barriers: a tight right that sends you up the hill. No run-off for a mistake.

  • Rascasse

The slow corners that end the lap, round the harbour and up to the line. Every metre of kerb counts.

How to drive it

Every corner is slow and tight. Use the full width of the road and take late apexes to get the car straight for the next short burst of speed. The swimming pool chicane and Rascasse are where the time is.

The perfect lap

In Lapdle you choose how to take each corner, and the car drives your line with real physics. The perfect lap is the fastest line the model can find; the medals are set just above it.
