How to play

Line-up

Line-up is a daily grouping puzzle: sixteen circuits and corners, four groups of four.

A new round every day at midnight, the same for everyone.

How it works

  1. 1Sixteen tiles: circuits and famous corners. They make four groups of four.
  2. 2Pick four that belong together and submit. A right group locks in with its name; three right out of four says "one away".
  3. 3Find all four groups before you make four mistakes.

Scoring

Each group is either circuits that share a fact (the year of their first Grand Prix, how long a lap is, how many race laps, how many corners) or corners of the same circuit. Every tile fits exactly one of the day's groups. Submit four at a time: a right group locks in, a wrong one is a mistake, and three right out of four tells you you're one away. Four mistakes end the day. The groups are coloured from the easiest (yellow) to the hardest (purple).

Groups are circuits that share a fact (first Grand Prix, lap length, race laps, corners) or corners of the same circuit. A new line-up every day.

Tips

  • Start with the corner names: they belong to one circuit each.
  • Some circuits fit more than one fact. Leave them for last, once the other groups have narrowed it down.
  • The circuit guides have every fact used here.
